Claim your listing and take control of it
Your business may already be on ZonaPet — added from public records. Claiming proves you represent it, unlocks editing and review replies, and puts a verified badge on your page. Every claim is checked by a ZonaPet moderator before it goes live.
How claiming works
Four steps, about 20 minutes of your time, then it is with us.
Find your business
Search the map for your clinic, salon or store. Most places are already listed — we add them from public records, so you probably don’t need to create anything.
Prove you represent it
Pick one verification route: a code we read out on your public phone number, an email at your business domain, or an uploaded registration document.
Fill in the real details
Hours, services, prices, photos, booking link. This is the part pet parents actually read, so it is worth doing properly before you submit.
Wait for admin review
A ZonaPet moderator checks your proof and your edits by hand. You will get an email either way — approved, or with exactly what to fix.
Three ways to prove it’s yours
You only need one. Pick whichever matches the details already on the listing.
Business email
We email a link to an address on your own domain, e.g. cabinet@your-clinic.ro. Free-mail addresses can’t be used on their own.
Registration document
Upload your certificat de înregistrare, ANSVSA authorisation or an equivalent. Used when the phone and domain don’t match yet.

Special cases
- Someone else already claimed it
- Submit a dispute with your registration document. We contact both parties and the earlier claim is suspended while we check.
- You have several locations
- Claim one, then add the rest from your dashboard — subsequent locations under the same company reuse your verified identity.
- The business moved or closed
- Tell us in the claim notes. We update the address or mark the place permanently closed instead of deleting the reviews.
Frequently asked questions
- No. Claiming and keeping your listing accurate is free forever. Paid plans exist for extra visibility and booking tools, but they are never required to claim or edit.
- Usually well under 48 hours on working days. Phone and business-email verifications are fastest; document uploads take longer because a person reads them.
- No — and no plan changes that. Claiming lets you reply publicly as the owner and flag reviews that break our rules, which a moderator then judges.
- You get an email naming exactly what failed and can resubmit straight away. Most rejections are a phone number that no longer matches public records.
- You can keep editing your draft, but nothing publishes until approval. The public page keeps showing the current information in the meantime.
- An owner, a manager or an agency with written permission. Whoever claims is recorded as the responsible account and can later invite colleagues as team members.
