- Change tier or cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancelling drops you back to Basic at the end of the billing period; your listing, photos and reviews all stay.
- No. Paid plans rank above unclaimed and Basic listings within your category, but among paid listings order still comes from relevance, distance and rating. We label anything promoted.
- Usually under 48 hours. We check your registration details and confirm the address by phone before the listing goes live.
- The Network plan covers up to 10 locations with team seats and a shared review inbox. Above 10, talk to us and we will quote per location.
