Frequently asked questions
- Yes. A verified Basic listing costs nothing, forever — photos, hours, reviews and appearing in search are all included. Paid plans add visibility and booking tools, they never unlock the basics.
- Change tier or cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancelling drops you back to Basic at the end of the billing period; your listing, photos and reviews all stay.
- No. Paid plans rank above unclaimed and Basic listings within your category, but among paid listings order still comes from relevance, distance and rating. We label anything promoted.
- Usually under 48 hours. We check your registration details and confirm the address by phone before the listing goes live.
- The Network plan covers up to 10 locations with team seats and a shared review inbox. Above 10, talk to us and we will quote per location.
- Yes. Approved foundations and NGOs get the Pro listing features at no cost, and no card is needed. Articles and owner statistics are not part of the NGO plan.
- Your organisation's name and website, its legal form, its CIF and the registration act details (court, number and year). There is no document upload: an admin checks the details against the national NGO register.
- You keep your Basic listing and receive the reason by email. Fix the details and apply again.
