In short: this is a directory that helps you find providers and services. Use it in good faith, keep your own listing accurate, and remember that we connect you with providers — we don't deliver their services ourselves. This summary doesn't replace the full terms below.
1Who we are

2Accepting these terms
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the service. These terms apply to everyone — visitors, registered users and listed businesses alike.
If you're using the platform on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you're authorised to represent it and that you're accepting these terms on its behalf.
3Definitions
- Listing — the page dedicated to a business, place or service in the directory.
- User — anyone who accesses the platform, with or without an account.
- Listing owner — the user who has claimed a listing and manages it.
- User content — reviews, comments, ratings, photos, descriptions and anything else submitted by users.
4Using the platform
You're welcome to browse listings, use the map and filters, save favourites, leave reviews and contact providers directly, for your own personal and non-commercial use. In return, we ask you to stick to three simple rules:
You may not scrape or crawl the site without permission, copy the database in bulk, work around technical protections, overload our infrastructure, or do anything else that interferes with how the platform runs or with other people's use of it.
5Your account
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens through your account — tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [contact@domeniul-tau.ro]. Deleting your account doesn't automatically remove content you've already published where it remains useful to other users, but we can anonymise it on request.
The platform isn't intended for anyone under 16. If you're under 16, you may only use it with a parent's or guardian's consent.
6Listings, claims and verification
Businesses can claim and manage their listing free of charge. When you claim one, you confirm that you're authorised to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. We may ask for supporting documents before approving a claim.
Listings submitted by users go through moderation before they're published. We may edit, decline, suspend or remove any listing that breaches these terms, contains false information, or is no longer current. We're not obliged to give a detailed explanation, but we'll notify the owner where we can identify one.
The details shown on listings — opening hours, address, prices, services — come from the owners themselves or from public sources. We don't guarantee that they're accurate or complete, so please confirm anything important directly with the provider before travelling or booking.
7Reviews and user content
Reviews must describe a real, first-hand and reasonably recent experience. Paid reviews, reviews written by competitors, reviews of your own business, and anything else intended to artificially inflate or damage a listing's reputation are not allowed.
You keep ownership of everything you post. You do, however, grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to store, display, reproduce, technically adapt and distribute that content on the platform and in material promoting it, for as long as it remains published. You confirm that you hold the rights to whatever you submit, photographs included.
We moderate reported content and may remove anything that breaches these terms without prior notice. You can report content that looks wrong to us at [contact@domeniul-tau.ro].
8What you may not post
Don't post anything that:
- breaks the law, or infringes intellectual property or anyone else's rights;
- is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or incites hatred or violence;
- contains other people's personal data without their consent;
- is misleading, fraudulent, or describes an experience that never happened;
- is spam, unsolicited advertising, a hidden affiliate link, or malicious code.
9Intellectual property
The platform itself — its name, logo, design, source code, database structure and editorial content such as articles, guides and category descriptions — is protected by copyright and trade mark law and belongs to the Operator or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or redistribute any of it without our written permission, beyond ordinary use of the site and normal quotation with a credit and a link back to the original page.
10Personal data and cookies
We process personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Our Cookie Policy explains which cookies we use and how to manage your preferences.
11Service availability
We work to keep the platform running around the clock, but we can't promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors. We may take it offline temporarily for maintenance, updates or security reasons, and we may change, limit or discontinue features at any time — without advance notice where circumstances require it.
12Disclaimers
This is an informational directory, not a provider of the services it lists. We don't endorse, certify or guarantee the quality, legality, safety or availability of any business in the directory, and we're not a party to the contract between you and any provider you contact through it. Everything published here, articles and guides included, is general information and is no substitute for professional advice. In an emergency, contact a qualified professional directly.
13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform — including lost data, lost profits or lost opportunities — or for any dealing or transaction with a listed business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects the rights you have as a consumer.
14Third-party links and services
The platform links to external sites and integrates services run by third parties, such as maps, sign-in providers and analytics. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices — your use of them is governed by each provider's own terms.
15Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, and withdraw a listing, where these terms have been breached, where the platform is being misused, or where the law requires it. You're free to stop using the platform whenever you like. Provisions that by their nature should outlive that — intellectual property, the licence over content you've published, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When the changes are significant we'll update the “last updated” date on this page and, where it's appropriate, let you know by email or with a notice on the platform. Carrying on using the service after the changes take effect means you accept the new version.
17Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We'd much rather sort out any disagreement informally, so please write to us first at [contact@domeniul-tau.ro]. If we can't reach a resolution, disputes will be settled by the courts with jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office — which doesn't affect any mandatory consumer rights you have.
As a consumer you can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), or use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
